SUGAR COOKIES

INGREDIENTS 

Flour

Butter

Almond (optional)

Powdered sugar

Egg

Salt

Step 1: Cream the butter with powdered sugar until creamy and smooth.

Step 2: Add the egg and vanilla (optional) and mix again to incorporate.

Step 3: Add the dry ingredients, flour, and salt and mix quickly to incorporate.

Step 4: Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a floured work surface and cut out shapes with your cookie cutter. 

Step 5: Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 338°F for 8 minutes.

Step 6: Prepare the sugar icing by mixing powdered sugar with water, then dividing into 3 and coloring with food coloring.

Enjoy! Decorate the cookies with the sugar icing and sugar decorations and leave to dry for 1 hour before eating.
