INGREDIENTS 

- Egg whites - Sugar

Step 1: Whisk the egg whites until frothy.

Step 2: Gradually add the sugar one tablespoon at a time.

Step 3: Whip on high speed until the sugar has dissolved and the meringue is stiff.

Step 5: Pipe with a piping bag onto a baking sheet and bake to make meringue cookies.
