Description

This golden milk spice mix combines turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper for a comforting and health-boosting drink. (Makes a small jar with 5-6 servings.)


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Stir well to ensure the spices are evenly combined.
  3. Store the mix in an airtight jar at room temperature for future use.

How to Use Your Golden Milk Spice Mix:
