Description

Ingredients
- 2 cups of yogurt - 250 g Greek yogurt, dahi, or other
- 3/4 cup cold milk - 200 ml
- 10 frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 pinches ground cardamom
- 1 tbp sugar - optional, or use maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in your blender, including, plain yogurt, milk, frozen strawberries, vanilla extract, optional sugar, and ground cardamom.
- Blend on high speed until you achieve a creamy, smooth drink without any chunks.
- Pour into 2 glasses, garnish with strawberries, and enjoy with a straw.

- Fresh or Frozen: Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor; frozen ones make the drink colder.
- Sweetness: Adjust with sugar, honey, or maple syrup as needed.
