Description

Simple vanilla glaze made with powdered sugar, water, and real vanilla, smooth and pourable, perfect for muffins, cakes, and loaf cakes.


Ingredients

  • 125 g (1 cup + 1 tbsp) Powdered sugar – sifted
  • 1 tbsp Water – room temperature
  • ½ Vanilla bean – seeds only, or pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place the powdered sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add the water and vanilla seeds or vanilla extract.
  3. Mix with a spoon or whisk until smooth and fluid.
  4. Adjust the texture with a few drops of water if needed until pourable.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently or stir well before using.
