Simple vanilla glaze made with powdered sugar, water, and real vanilla, smooth and pourable, perfect for muffins, cakes, and loaf cakes.
Ingredients
- 125 g (1 cup + 1 tbsp) Powdered sugar – sifted
- 1 tbsp Water – room temperature
- ½ Vanilla bean – seeds only, or pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place the powdered sugar in a bowl.
- Add the water and vanilla seeds or vanilla extract.
- Mix with a spoon or whisk until smooth and fluid.
- Adjust the texture with a few drops of water if needed until pourable.
Notes
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently or stir well before using.
