Add the active dry yeast to the warm milk . Stir with a spoon and let stand for 10 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl of your stand mixer with the dough hook until you have a smooth ball. Then let the dough rise for 2 hours at room temperature.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, softened butter, brown sugar, cocoa powder, chopped chocolate and heat in microwave
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to form a large rectangle. Spread the chocolate filling over the entire surface of the dough.
Gently roll the dough with your hands to form a long sausage.
Cut the dough sausage in 2 with a large knife along the length.
Form a cross with the two pieces of dough then cross the ends to braid the dough.
Place the brioche in a loaf pan and let it grow at room temperature for 1 hour.
Brush on a layer of egg wash. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until the babka is golden brown on top. Let them cool down a bit.
