In a large container, combine the dry ingredients, flour, salt, cocoa powder and sugar and mix well.
Make a well in the center and add the eggs and vanilla previously beaten.
While mixing, add the milk in a stream and mix gradually to incorporate all the ingredients and have a smooth batter.
Blend the crepe batter with a hand blender or in a blender to smooth it out and remove any lumps.
Heat a pan and grease it with a little butter. Add a ladleful of batter and spread it on the bottom of the pan in a thin layer. Cook for 1_2 minutes on each side.
Enjoy the hot chocolate crepes with the filling of your choice, Nutella, brown sugar, maple syrup, fresh fruit and whipped cream.
