SUGAR COOKIES

GINGERBREAD

INGREDIENTS 

Flour

Butter

Molasses

Brown sugar

Egg

Salt

Spices

Yeast

Vanilla

Step 1: Mix dry ingredients, flour, spices, baking powder and salt.

Step 2: Cream butter and brown sugar.

Step 3: Add egg and vanilla.

Step 4: Add molasses.

Step 5: Add the flour mixture and stir in.

Step 6: Cover and leave to rest in the fridge.

Step 7: Roll out the dough and cut out shapes, then place them on a baking tray on baking paper. Bake 10 min at 338°F.

Enjoy! Decorate the gingerbread cookies with the sugar icing and leave to dry for 1 hour before eating.
