INGREDIENTS 

- Butter - Flour - Sugar - Eggs - Vanilla and salt - Buttermilk - Sour cream - Baking powder  - Lemon juice & zest - Powdered sugar

Mix the butter and sugar in a large bowl, then add the eggs and vanilla.

Add the buttermilk, sour cream, lemon juice and zest and mix.

Add the dry ingredients and pour into a muffin pan.

Bake in the oven at 428°F for 5 minutes, then continue baking for 20 minutes at 356°F.

Leave to cool, add the lemon sugar glaze and enjoy!
