GANACHE

MILK CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS 

Milk chocolate

Heavy cream

Step 1: Cut or chop the chocolate into pieces and place in a large bowl.

Step 2: Heat the cream in a saucepan and pour over the milk chocolate all at once.

Step 3: Mix vigorously to emulsify and obtain a smooth, homogeneous mixture.

Step 4: Add the other half of the cold heavy cream and stir to incorporate.

Step 5: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Step 6: Whip the cream with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth and firm.

Enjoy : Use your milk chocolate ganache immediately in cakes and pastries.
