Ingredients

Place teaspoonfuls of Nutella spread on a baking tray and freeze for 20 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar with a hand mixer.

Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat again to incorporate.

Add the dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips and mix with a rubber spatula.

Shape into 12 balls and place the frozen nutella core in the center of the cookie dough ball.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°C for about 12 minutes, then cool before serving.
