Egg whites

Cocoa powder

Sugar

Mix the dry ingredients, powdered sugar, almond flour and cocoa powder.

Place the egg whites in the bowl of the mixer stand and whip until the meringue is frothy.

Keeping the mixer running, gradually add the sugar and beat until you have a firm meringue.

Add the dry ingredients all at once and fold in gently with a spatula.

Poach macaron dough with a pastry bag into a baking sheet and leave to crust for 15 minutes before baking at 140°F for 14 minutes.

Fill with nutella ganache, add a nutella heart and close the macaron shells.

Decorate with melted chocolate and chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
