INGREDIENTS 

Step 1: Mix almond flour, powdered sugar and egg whites and vanilla bean. 

Step 2: Make the sugar sirup at 244°F/ 118°C. 

Step 3: Pour the syrup over the egg whites and whip up the Italian meringue. 

Step 4: Stir the Italian meringue into the mixture of almond meal and powdered sugar.

Step 5: Bake the macarons in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for 12-14 minutes.

Step 6: Prepare the white chocolate ganache and chill for 2-3 hours in the fridge.

Step 7: Fill the macarons shells with the vanilla ganache and refrigerate. .

Enjoy! The vanilla macarons taste best the next day with a good cup of coffee.
