Description
A creamy Biscoff latte made with espresso, milk, and cookie butter for a warm and spiced coffee drink with caramel notes. (for a large cup)
Ingredients
- 200 ml milk, whole or plant-based
- 30–60 ml espresso coffee, strong and hot
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread, smooth
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Biscoff cookies, crushed for decoration
Instructions
- Heat the milk with Biscoff spread and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Brew the espresso and pour it into a large cup.
- Add the hot Biscoff milk mixture over the coffee.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
