Description

A creamy Biscoff latte made with espresso, milk, and cookie butter for a warm and spiced coffee drink with caramel notes. (for a large cup)


Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk, whole or plant-based
  • 3060 ml espresso coffee, strong and hot
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread, smooth
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Biscoff cookies, crushed for decoration

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk with Biscoff spread and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Brew the espresso and pour it into a large cup.
  3. Add the hot Biscoff milk mixture over the coffee.
  4. Top with whipped cream and crushed Biscoff cookies.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
