Description
Recipe to make the chocolate chip mu cake for 1 standard cup.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place the dry ingredients in the mug, flour, brown sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt and mix with a tablespoon until well blended.
- Add the remaining ingredients, melted butter, milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix a little.
- Heat in the microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 30 max on high power.
- Let cool a little before enjoying your mug cake cookie with a little vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Storage: The mug cake is best eaten immediately.
You can replace the melted butter by neutral vegetable oil such as sunflower oil or grape seed oil.
