Ingredients

- 240 g (1 cup / 8 oz) heavy cream or whipping cream, at least 30% fat, room temperature
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate finely and place it in a large heatproof bowl.
- Bring the cream to a gentle boil in a saucepan.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a few seconds.
- Stir with a spatula or wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Cover and chill in the fridge until cool and thickened.
