Delicious recipe for dalgona coffee, the homemade whipped coffee (for 1 glass)
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- 2 tsp. sugar - granulated
- 2 tsp. water - hot
- Milk or plant-based milk
Instructions
- Place the instant coffee with the sugar and water in a bowl.
- Using an electric mixer or milk frother whip the mixture for about 1 to 2 minutes on high speed until you have a smooth, firm coffee foam.
- Serve the dalgona coffee in a cup over the hot milk.
- And enjoy!
