Description
This iced golden milk latte is a refreshing, spiced drink that’s as delicious as it is healthy! (for 1 tall glass)
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a saucepan, pour the milk and add the turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, black pepper, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Gently heat over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the spices, without bringing it to a boil.
- Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Strain the mixture for a smooth texture, if needed.
- Serve in a glass filled with ice cubes.

Store any unused golden milk in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Stir well before serving chilled or reheating.
