Description
Recipe for latte macchiato at home, a frothy milk with espresso coffee (for 1 glass)
Ingredients
- 100 - 120 ml ( about 1/2 cup) dairy milk - 2 % milk or a pant-based milk
- 1 espresso coffee
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla - optional
Instructions
- Heat the milk in the microwave or in a saucepan with sugar and vanilla extract and prepare your shot of espresso.
- Froth the milk with an electric milk frother or electric whisk for a few moments until it is frothy.
- Pour the milk into a tall glass and save some of the foam for last.
- Pour the coffee into the glass over the milk and finish by adding the remaining foam on top.
- Sprinkle a little unsweetened cocoa powder on top and enjoy.

Conservation : To drink immediately or keep in the fridge for 1 to 2 days.
