Description
Recipe for whipped Oreo cream cheese frosting, oreo-flavored (for lining a 6 inch/15 cm cake or 10 cupcakes).
Ingredients
- 225 ml (1 cup) Heavy Cream - full-fat and cold
- 150 g (5.3 oz) Cream Cheese - Philadelphia
- 60 g (1/2 cup) Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp. liquid vanilla extract
- 3 Oreo cookies crumbs
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Oreo cookie crumbs in a medium bowl.
- Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3-4 minutes until smooth and firm.
- Transfer the frosting to a pastry bag fitted with a piping tip and use it to fill or decorate your cupcakes and dessert.
Notes
Storage : Store for up to 3 days in the fridge under plastic wrap or in an airtight container (freezing is not recommended).
