Description

Quick and easy Oreo balls recipe made with just 3 ingredients — Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and melted chocolate. These no-bake treats are creamy, fudgy, and covered with a smooth chocolate shell — perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting. (about 12 oreo truffles)

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies – crushed into fine crumbs
  • 70 g (⅓ cup) Cream cheese – softened, full-fat
  • 150 g (7 oz) Chocolate – melted dark or milk chocolate for coating
  • 50 g (1.7 oz) White chocolate – optional, for drizzling or decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until very fine.
  2. Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and sticky.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls with your hands or a cookie scoop and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, shake off the excess, and place it back on parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with white chocolate if desired and refrigerate until firm.

Notes

Storage: Keep Oreo balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.

Tips:

  • Chill before dipping for a clean, glossy shell.
