Quick and easy Oreo balls recipe made with just 3 ingredients — Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and melted chocolate. These no-bake treats are creamy, fudgy, and covered with a smooth chocolate shell — perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting. (about 12 oreo truffles)
Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies – crushed into fine crumbs
- 70 g (⅓ cup) Cream cheese – softened, full-fat
- 150 g (7 oz) Chocolate – melted dark or milk chocolate for coating
- 50 g (1.7 oz) White chocolate – optional, for drizzling or decoration
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until very fine.
- Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and sticky.
- Roll the mixture into small balls with your hands or a cookie scoop and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15–20 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, shake off the excess, and place it back on parchment paper.
- Drizzle with white chocolate if desired and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
Storage: Keep Oreo balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
