Description
Strawberry banana and peanut butter smoothie recipe (for 2 large glasses)
Ingredients
- 250 g (2 cups) Strawberries - frozen
- 1 Banana - large and ripe
- 2 tsp Peanut Butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) Milk - dairy or plant-based
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a blender, including the frozen strawberries, chopped banana, peanut butter and milk.
- Blend on high speed for around 1-2 minutes until creamy and smooth, with no lumps.
- Pour immediately into two tall glasses, garnish with peanut butter and a few seeds and enjoy.

Storage: Drink immediately or store in the fridge for the day.
