Shredded coconut
White chocolate
Chopped almonds
Cream
Place all ingredients in a heatproof bowl. chopped white chocolate, crushed almonds, shredded coconut nuts and cream. Heat over a double boiler until well blended.
Place the mixture in the fridge to firm up the texture. Form into balls and roll between hands.
Roll the truffles balls in a bowl filled with shredded coconut until completely covered.
Place in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving.
