Mix all the ingredients together until you have a homogeneous dough, roll out two discs of dough and fill a pie pan with the first disc
Cook the apples, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon ground in a saucepan over low heat until they are melting but still firm. When the filling is completely cooled, fill the pie dish.
