How to make the best classic French crepes wit this easy recipe for soft crepes perfect to go with your favorite filling.

Step 1: Cake batter

In a large mixing bowl place the flour, salt and sugar and make a well in the center. Add the beaten eggs and vanilla.

Step 2: Almond cream

Gradually drizzle the milk over the eggs mixture while stirring with a pastry whisk until the mixture is smooth and fluid.

Step 3: Baking

Heat a crepe pan over medium heat. Add a ladleful of crepe batter and cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes per side.

Step 4: Finish

Place baked crepes on a plate on top of each other.

Step 5 : Enjoy !

Enjoy the hot crepes with the filling of your choice, Nutella, brown sugar, maple syrup, fresh fruit and whipped cream.
