This iced pumpkin spice latte is all you need to start autumn with its cosy warm spice mixed with homemade pumpkin puree sweetened with maple syrup and almond milk.

Ingredients you need

- Fresh pumpkin puree - Pumpkin pie spice - Pure Maple syrup - Unsweetened almond milk - Vanilla extract - Espresso coffee - Ice cubes

Step 1: Pumpkin mix

In a small bowl, combine the pumpkin purée with the spices, vanilla extract and maple syrup.

Step 2: Add coffee

Add the cooled black coffee and stir until smooth and liquid.

Step 3: Prepare your drink

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then add your mixture of coffee and pumpkin spiced puree.

Step 4 : Add milk

Pour in the milk until it fills the glass and stir a little with a large spoon.

Step 5 : Add whipped cream

Add whipped cream if required and sprinkle cinnamon ground over the top.
