Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and line the bottom of a pastry ring. Then let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and strawberry puree with a mixer. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Place halved strawberries around the edge of the pastry circle on top of the graham crackers crust.
