Ingredients

Mix the eggs, sugar, oil, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.

Add the sifted dry ingredients, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder.

Pour the cupcake batter into a paper-lined baking pan and bake at 350°C for 15-20 minutes.

Whisk all the ingredients with an electric mixer until you get a smooth Nutella frosting.

Fill the center of the cupcakes with Nutella, decorate with Nutella frosting, a drizzle of Nutella, and chopped hazelnuts.

Place in the fridge for one hour and enjoy.
