Heavy cream

Ingredients

Chop the milk chocolate and place in a bowl with the Nutella spread.

Pour in the hot cream and mix to obtain a liquid ganache, add the other part of the cold cream, mix, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge until chilled.

Using an electric mixer, beat the cold ganache until smooth and fluffy.

Use immediately to fill or decorate cakes and cupcakes.
