PEAR FRANGIPANE

FRENCH TART

INGREDIENTS 

- Sweet shortcrust pastry - Frangipane filling - Pears

Prepare the pastry dough by mixing the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add the cold butter and mix until you obtain a sandy texture.

Add the egg and gather the dough into a ball, cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin and place in a tart pan.

Garnish with almond cream filling, poached pears and sprinkle with almonds.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, leave to cool before serving.
