INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

- RAW ALMONDS - RAW HAZELNUTS   - SUGAR - WATER

Step 1: Roast the almonds and hazelnuts in the oven for 15 minutes. Leave to cool, then rub with a clean cloth to remove the skin. 

Step 2: Cook the water and sugar in a saucepan at 240°F, then add the almond and hazelnut mixture. 

 Step 3: Bake for 20 minutes over medium heat, first enveloped in granulated sugar, then caramel-colored. 

Step 4: Mix the caramelized almond and hazelnut mixture in a food processor in 1-minute increments until smooth.
