Ingredients

Cook the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice, then blend and sieve until you have a thick, seedless coulis.

In a large mixing bowl beat with an electric mixer the mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and strawberry coulis

Until you obtain a smooth, firm glaze (add a little pink food coloring if necessary for a pinker color).

Use immediately to fill or decorate cakes and cupcakes.
