Description
Delicious Nutella mascarpone frosting recipe (to decorate 10-12 cupcakes or fill a 6-inch layer cake).
Ingredients
- 200 g of Mascarpone - chilled (1 cup)
- 300 ml of Heavy Cream - cold (1 ¼ cups)
- 2-3 tablespoons of Powdered Sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons of Vanilla
- 70-100 g of Nutella ( ¼ to ⅓ cup)
- 2 tsp of unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl: cold mascarpone, cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, Nutella and cocoa powder.
- Beat with an electric mixer on low-medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and firm.
- Use immediately or store in the fridge.
