Description

Delicious creamy drink recipe with this date banana smoothie (for 2 glasses)


Ingredients

  • 4-5 dates
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Almond milk
  • 1 /2 cup (50 g)  Nuts - walnut, almond
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) seeds - sunflower seed and chia
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 (110 g) large ice cubes
  • 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon - optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender bowl.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately.
