Delicious creamy drink recipe with this date banana smoothie (for 2 glasses)
Ingredients
- 4-5 dates
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup (250 ml) Almond milk
- 1 /2 cup (50 g) Nuts - walnut, almond
- 1/4 cup (25 g) seeds - sunflower seed and chia
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 (110 g) large ice cubes
- 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon - optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender bowl.
- Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately.
