Description
Easy recipe of triple chocolate brownies super fudgy and chocolatey (for 8 inch / 20 cm square pan about 9-12 servings)
Ingredients
- 120 g (1 stick + 1tbsp) Butter - unsalted
- 120 g (4,25 oz) Baking chocolate - semi-sweet
- 2 Eggs - large at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 100 g (1/2 cup) Sugar - granulated
- 90 g (2/3 cup) Flour - all-purpose
- 30 g(1/3 cup) Cocoa powder - unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp Salt - sea salt
- 100 g (1/2 cup- Chocolate chips - semi-sweet
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F / 175°C and line a 8 inch / 20 cm square pan with parchment paper.
- Place the butter and chopped chocolate cut into pieces in a bowl and melt in a double boiler or in microwave.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla together with an electric mixer about 2-3 minutes).
- Then add the melted chocolate mixture and mix again with the whisk.
- Then add the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa powder and salt gently with a spatula and finish by adding the chocolate chips.
- Mix to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
- Pour the mixture into your baking pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
After 20 minutes, check by inserting a toothpick in the center and it should come out with a few traces. It will still soft when you take it out of the oven and will firm up as it cools.
Notes
Storage instructions: 3-4 days at room temperature in an airtight tin, up to 3 months in the freezer.
