Description
Easy recipe of chocolate chip brownies super fudgy and chocolatey (for 8 inch / 20 cm square pan about 9-12 servings)
Ingredients
- 120 g Butter (unsalted)
- 120 g Chocolate (Chopped chocolate)
- 2 Eggs (at room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 100 g Sugar (granulated sugar)
- 90 g Flour (all-purpose)
- 30 g Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (sea salt)
- 100 g Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F / 175°C and line a 8 inch / 20 cm square pan with parchment paper.
- Place the butter and chopped chocolate cut into pieces in a bowl and melt in a double boiler or in microwave.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla together with an electric mixer about 2-3 minutes).
- Then add the melted chocolate mixture and mix again with the whisk.
- Then add the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa powder and salt gently with a spatula and finish by adding the chocolate chips.
- Mix to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
- Pour the mixture into your baking pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
After 20 minutes, check by inserting a toothpick in the center and it should come out with a few traces. It will still soft when you take it out of the oven and will firm up as it cools.
Notes
- Line the pan with parchment paper to prevent the brownies from sticking and for perfect unmolding.
- Use room temperature ingredients.
- Do not over mix the mixture after adding the dry ingredients.
- Be careful not to overcook your brownies or they will be too dry in the mouth (dip the tip of a knife or toothpick into the center and it should come out clean with a few cake crumbs).
- Let your brownies cool completely before unmolding and cutting them.
