How to make a delicious dalgona iced coffee with whipped coffee foam, milk and ice cubes (for one glass)
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee soluble
- 2 teaspoons sugar - granulated
- 2 tsp. water
- Milk or vegetable drink
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the instant coffee, granulated sugar and water in a medium bowl.
- Blend with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes until the coffee mousse is smooth and firm.
- Pour ice cubes into a tall glass, then fill it with milk.
- Add the whipped coffee on top and enjoy.
Notes
Storage: Drink immediately or store in the fridge.
