Dark chocolate fudge

Fudge is a delicious dark chocolate fondant delicacy, easy and very quick to prepare. (for a 20 cm x 20 cm mould)


  • 500 g dark chocolate
  • 300 g condensed milk


  1. Prepare a 20 x 20 cm brownie pan by covering it with baking paper.
  2. Place the ingredients, chopped dark chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan.
  3. On low heat, let the preparation melt completely.
  4. Immediately pour the preparation into the brownie pan.
  5. Cover with cling film and leave to rest in a cool place for a few hours.
  6. When the chocolate fudge has completely cooled, remove it from the mould.
  7. Using a ruler and a large knife, cut small squares of fudge.
