The recipe of the brioche French toast very soft and tasty for a gourmet breakfast! (for 4 brioches-2 persons)
Ingredients
- 100 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 10 g butter
Instructions
- Start by mixing together in a soup plate, milk, egg and sugar.
- Then in a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Soak and let your buns soak in the liquid mixture for a few moments on both sides.
- Then cook the brioches in the frying pan containing the melted butter, on both sides, until they are golden brown.
- Remove your buns from the pan and place them on a sheet of absorbent paper.
Enjoy your French toasts with the filling of your choice.
