Description

The recipe of the brioche French toast very soft and tasty for a gourmet breakfast! (for 4 brioches-2 persons)


Ingredients

  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 10 g butter

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing together in a soup plate, milk, egg and sugar.
  2. Then in a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Soak and let your buns soak in the liquid mixture for a few moments on both sides.
  4. Then cook the brioches in the frying pan containing the melted butter, on both sides, until they are golden brown.
  5. Remove your buns from the pan and place them on a sheet of absorbent paper.
    Enjoy your French toasts with the filling of your choice.
