Homemade peanut butter recipe, easy with a creamy texture (for a glass jar about 30 tsp)
Ingredients
- 300 g ( 2 1/3 cups) Peanuts - raw and unsalted
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 300°F / 150°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the peanuts spread over the entire surface of the baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
- Then let the peanuts cool for a few minutes.
- Pour the peanuts into the blender and blend at maximum speed in 2 minutes increments until a smooth, homogeneous spread is obtained.
- Transfer the dough to a glass jar with a lid and store at room temperature.
Notes
Conservation: Up to 3 months at temperature or in the refrigerator in a jar with a lid.
