Ingredients
- 1 espresso (about 60 ml)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 125 ml milk
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare your espresso, brewed coffee, or instant coffee and let it cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla, then add a little coffee or water to create a smooth chocolate sauce.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the coffee over it.
- Add the chocolate sauce, then the milk and stir until smooth.
- Top with whipped cream and finish with a drizzle of chocolate or a dusting of cocoa powder.
- Serve cold.
