Description

A simple iced mocha latte made with espresso, chocolate, and milk. This refreshing chocolate iced coffee is smooth, creamy, and easy to make at home in just a few minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 espresso (about 60 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 125 ml milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare your espresso, brewed coffee, or instant coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla, then add a little coffee or water to create a smooth chocolate sauce.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the coffee over it.
  4. Add the chocolate sauce, then the milk and stir until smooth.
  5. Top with whipped cream and finish with a drizzle of chocolate or a dusting of cocoa powder.
  6. Serve cold.
