Description
Recipe for healthy peanut butter cups, small pieces of chocolate stuffed with a creamy peanut butter center (for about 6 cups)
Ingredients
- 100 g (1/2 cup) Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Honey - or maple syrup
- 150 g ( 5 oz) Bittersweet chocolate - 60 % - 70 %
Instructions
- Prepare a cupcake or muffin pan with paper liners.
- Place the peanut butter in a small bowl with the honey and stir to combine.
- Chop the chocolate and place in a container to heat in a double boiler or microwave to obtain melted chocolate without pieces.
- Put a tablespoon of melted chocolate in each case.
- Then add a spoonful of peanut butter to the center.
- Top with another tablespoon of melted chocolate.
- Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes to harden faster and then you can unmold your peanut butter cups.
Notes
Storage: Several days at room temperature.
Replace the peanut butter with another paste, such as chocolate hazelnut spread, speculoos paste, almond butter, etc.
You can also make your peanut butter cups with milk or white chocolate.
