Description

Puff pastry apple tart on crispy puff pastry with apple sauce and thin slices of apple. For about 10-12 portions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 357°F / 180°C.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of baking paper to a thickness of 3 mm into a rectangle or round shape.
  3. Place the pastry dough on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread a layer of applesauce over the entire surface, leaving a small border.
  5. Cut the apples into thin slices and arrange them on your tart base.
  6. Sprinkle the top with cane sugar and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the apples are softened.
