Description
Delicious homemade healthy pumpkin spice latte recipe with homemade pumpkin puree, hot spices, espresso coffee and almond milk (for 1 cup)
Ingredients
- 1 Espresso - strong
- 3 tbsp. Pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp. Maple syrup - or honey
- 1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ground ginger
- 1 pinch Ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch Ground cloves
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 250 ml (1 cup) Almond milk
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree with the spices, vanilla and maple syrup.
- Add the espresso and mix again and blend if necessary to get a smooth texture.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan and blend with an electric frother.
- Pour the squash and spice mixture into a cup.
- Add the hot milk and mix with a tablespoon.
- Pour whipped cream over the top of the pumpkin spice latte and sprinkle with the ground cinnamon and enjoy hot.
