Recipe for homemade strawberry banana smoothie with only strawberries, banana and milk (for 2 glasses)
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 12 (2 cups) frozen strawberries
- 245 ml (1 cup) milk - cold
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender, chopped banana, frozen strawberries and milk.
- Blend until you have a smooth, chunk-free mixture.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Conservation: to eat immediately or keep 1 day max in the fridge.
