Description
A simple tiramisu latte made with espresso, milk, and a light mascarpone cream topping. This easy coffee recipe brings the flavors of the classic dessert into a warm, creamy drink. (for 1 glass).
Ingredients
- Double espresso (about 60 ml)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- 2 tbsp (40 g) mascarpone cheese, cold
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream, cold
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Whip the mascarpone cream: In a small bowl, whip the cold mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until thick and smooth.
- Heat the milk until hot, either in a saucepan or microwave.
- Brew a double espresso using your coffee machine or preferred method.
- Pour the hot milk into a glass, then add the espresso.
- Top with the mascarpone cream and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
- Serve immediately while warm.

Storage: Best enjoyed fresh for the best texture and flavor.
Iced tiramisu latte: Serve over ice with cold milk, or blend all ingredients with ice for a frozen version.
