Description
White chocolate blondies with a rich and fudgy texture (for a 8 inches / 20 cm square baking pan - 16 parts)
Ingredients
- 170 g (3/4 cup) Butter - unsalted and melted
- 100 g (1/2 cup) Sugar - granulated
- 50 g (1/4 cup) Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs - room temperature
- 250 g (2 cups) Flour - all-purpose
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 150 g (1 cup) White chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C and line a 8 inches / 20 cm square pan with parchment paper.
- Place the unsalted butter in a large bowl with the granulated sugar and brown sugar and mix with an electric mixer for a good minute until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat again to incorporate.
- Finish with the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder and salt and mix this time with a spatula to incorporate them.
- Add the white chocolate chips and mix again to incorporate them.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake the blondies for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and slightly soft in the center.
- Check for baking by sticking a toothpick in the center and it should come out crumbly or clean.
- Let the blondies cool completely in the pan, then cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Carefully unmold the blondies and cut into 16 equal pieces with a large knife.
- Enjoy.
