INGREDIENTS 

- 2 sheets of puff pastry - Almond cream  - Pastry cream

Step 1: Make your own puff pastry or use 2 sheets of store-bought puff puff pastry

Step 2: Prepare the almond cream by mixing the butter, sugar, almond powder and eggs.

Step 3: Prepare the pastry cream and leave to cool completely. (You can also simply use almond cream filling).

Step 4: Make frangipane cream by mixing the almond cream with the cooled pastry cream.

Step 5: Roll out a sheet of puff pastry, top with the frangipane cream and add a bean.

Step 6: Cover with a second sheet of puff pastry, sealing the edges and decorating the top with a knife.

Step 7: Apply a layer of egg wash and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Enjoy! Leave to cool before slicing and serving.
