GLAZED LEMON

BUNDT CAKE

INGREDIENTS 

- Butter - Sugar - Eggs - Lemon juice & zest - Sour cream - Milk - Flour - Yeast - Vanilla and salt

MATERIALS

- Bundt cake pan - Hand mixer/Stand mixer - Grease baking spray

Whisk the softened butter with the sugar and lemon zest.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk to incorporate.

Add the sour cream and lemon juice and whisk to blend.

Add the dry ingredients and stir gently to incorporate.

Pour into a well-greased bundt cake pan and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Leave to cool for 1 hour before unmoulding and cooling completely on a wire rack.

Serve with lemon-sugar glaze and enjoy.
