With almond milk

Fuel your fall morning coffees with this delicious pumpkin spice latte in a healthier way, made with homemade pumpkin puree sweetened with natural sugar and almond milk.

Ingredients you need 

Pumpkin pie spice blend, strong espresso coffee, homemade pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, unsweetened almond milk and maple syrup.

Step 1: Pumpkin mixture

In a bowl, combine the pumpkin purée with the spices, vanilla and maple syrup.

Step 2: Add coffee

Add the strong coffee of your choice, prepared at the French press or with your espresso machine.

Spiced pumpkin mixture

Make up a large batch of this mixture to keep on hand in your fridge, and you're ready for a latté any time.

Step 3 : Latte Time

Start with the spiced pumpkin purée, then add the warm almond milk.

Step 4 :  Enjoy !

Add whipped cream or milk foam and enjoy your drink hot.
